Welcome to the world of IOD Coaching. Ken Oakley, Director of Inspired on Demand, provides coaching services to entrepreneurs seeking to start or grow their business. Coaching packages available include individual or two-person coaching, known as ‘Duo-Coaching’. Individual coaching typically spans between six and twelve months. Duo-Coaching includes two sessions per month with another coaching client, usually for six or seven months. The coaching time is split between the two of you. Coaching clients report great results and a very rewarding experience in building their business with both individual and Duo-Coaching.

Ken Oakley is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (MCC). He is also a trainer and leadership consultant dedicated to helping people achieve their full potential and thrive in all areas of their lives. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked with thousands of people worldwide to maximize joy, satisfaction, and effectiveness.
Ken focuses on two areas: business building – helping solo entrepreneurs develop thriving work lives and deeply satisfying businesses; and executive coaching & leadership development – helping executives and emerging and aspiring leaders to access, refine and develop a broad range of leadership competencies.
Former National Sales Manager of a California corporation, Ken is currently Director of Inspired on Demand and also serves on the faculty of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and as an Executive Coach and Facilitator for BTS. He is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile, EQi, and EQ360, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Patricia Pearson, PCC, CPCC, CPQC
Patricia Pearson is passionate about coaching emerging coaches, particularly those who are preparing for certification at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). Her commitment to nurturing the next generation of coaches highlights her dedication to the growth and development of the coaching profession.
Her ongoing practice in improvisational theatre, both as a performer and coach, has led Patricia to believe in the transformative power of combining playfulness, imagination, and coaching. She has dedicated herself to assisting individuals and teams in unlocking their potential and achieving fulfilling outcomes.
Patricia is deeply fascinated by the intersection of neuroscience, improvisational theatre, and human behavior in coaching. This unique blend of interests allows her to integrate cutting-edge research and experiential techniques into her coaching practice, providing her clients with a comprehensive approach to personal and professional development.
